'Vanities: The Golden Age of Nécessaires and Minaudières' (2014 edition) is a catalogue published in 2014. Written by Meredith Etherington-Smith, the 400-page catalogue includes over 400 vanity cases from the Museum collection dating from pre-20th century to the 1960s; plus Etherington-Smith’s notes on the development of the vanities design in relation to the major fashion movements of the 20th century.
