Butler is the catering company run by chef Vicky Lau, who was awarded the title of Asia's Best Female Chef 2015 by S.Pellegrino. Chef Vicky's specialty is French haute cuisine with a dash of Asian inspiration. Aside from her impressive culinary resume, Vicky also worked as a creative director and led her own design agency in the past. Her eye for design, aesthetics and beauty ensures that her edible pieces of art have already impressed clients such as Hermes and Gucci. Chef Vicky is also the chef/owner of Tate Dining Room and Bar, a Michelin-starred restaurant just down the street from us on Hollywood Road.
