In conjunction with the unique exhibition Great Minds Think Alike: 18th Century French and Chinese Furniture Design, Mr. Mikael Kraemer, Director of the Kraemer Gallery Paris, which is celebrating their 140th anniversary this year, will discuss the evolution of French furniture design during the periods of Kings Louis XIV (1643 –1715); Louis XV (1720 –1774); Louis XVI (1774 –1793). The lecture will showcase many of the rare pieces of art that the Kraemer Family has in their collection through five generations and are now displayed in museums worldwide.
